If you’re a new customer or haven’t bought from us since our 2022 website upgrade, you can choose to check out as a GUEST, or REGISTER with your email address and a password the first time you place an order – just tick the CREATE ACCOUNT box after you’ve entered your Billing Details on checkout.

By registering and placing an order, our website will remember many of your checkout details for convenience next time you place an order with us. You’ll also be able to view your recent orders, and edit your account details for future use.

ALREADY REGISTERED?

Registrations on our Old Site

If you have previously shopped on our old website (prior to May 2022) you’ll just need to RE-REGISTER to create a new account the first time you place an order on this new site – just tick the CREATE ACCOUNT box after you’ve entered your Billing Details on checkout (apologies for the inconvenience). Registering for an account means you can view your current and past orders, and the checkout process will be simplified for next time as you’ll already have entered many of your details. If you’d prefer not to create an account, you can choose to check out as a GUEST.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

If you can’t remember your password, use the LOST PASSWORD link and follow the instructions, and you’ll be sent an email that will allow you to reset your password. Allow a couple of minutes for the email to arrive, and do check your SPAM folder if you don’t receive it – if no email is received you may be registered under a different / incorrect email address. Try re-registering with the correct address and this may solve the problem for you.

TROUBLE LOGGING IN?

Even if you’ve ordered from us previously, if you haven’t used our new site (prior to April 2022) you’ll just need to REGISTER the first time you place an order as previous registrations have NOT been carried across from our old site. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Bear in mind that SOME MOBILE DEVICES AUTOMATICALLY ADD A SPACE when entering email addresses or other information – do check that your keyboard app hasn’t accidentally added a space before or after either your log-in email address OR your password, otherwise our system may not recognise your login. Use the LOST PASSWORD link if you still have trouble and that may sort things out for you.
