DRAGON’S BLOOD is a garnet-red resin that seeps from the fruit of several palms of the genus Daemonorops and Dracaena – this premium ‘Gold Seal’ Sumatran version comes from Indonesia, from the Daemonorops draco (see our other listings for Dragons Blood from the Dracaena cinnabari from the Yemen peninsular Socotra Islands). Dragon’s Blood has been used throughout the world for religious and magical purposes, and has a rich, spicy herbal scent. The resin is believed to purify and protect.
