This stunning range of handmade incense combines the idea of incense sticks with ingredients commonly used in smudging, creating beautifully earthy scents perfect for meditation, yoga, rituals or everyday burning.
Each 15g box contains a unique hand-packaged pouch of sticks (approx 10 sticks / pack), tied with string and embellished with a feather. The sticks are created using the traditional ‘masala’ method of combining ground aromatic ingredients into a paste and hand rolling them around an inner bamboo stick (unlike mass-produced sticks that are ‘dipped’ into harsh chemical fragrances).

Myrrh is a natural resin extracted from the Commiphora tree, used throughout history as a perfume, incense and medicine. It is also mentioned in many ancient texts, including the Bible and the Torah, for its ability to connect to the Divine. Traditionally used in prayer and as an offering in protection rituals, Myrrh is well known for its purifying properties, for cleansing the soul and clearing the mind. Myrrh resin has a warm, spicy balsamic scent which favours meditation and spiritual uplifting.
